Job summary

Arthrex in Naples, FL is seeking a Lab Operations Coordinator to manage administrative and logistical tasks for cadaveric training events, product management sessions, and guest trainings. You will support supervisors, coordinate multiple event types, and maintain essential data in our systems.

The role interfaces with medical education staff and sales teams, offering growth opportunities within Arthrex and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in coordination or event planning preferred.
Under 1 year of service within ArthroLab or relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Supervisors and Manager of Lab Operations.
Coordinate Lab Ops for Medical Education course events (single day labs, corporate courses, international guest events).
Coordinate for Product Management events (Studio 360 coordination, trainings, new product introduction).
Coordinate for National Sales trainings including MedEd trainings and Agency events.
Maintain Clinical Staff Contact Information.
Maintain Lab Operations events in SalesForce/GEMS.
Coordinate Lab Operations tours.
Assist Supervisors in lab approval process, station assignments and coverage.
Provide clerical support to Lab Operations.
