Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks a Lab Administrative Support to join the Manassas, VA lab. You will provide daily operations support for software engineers developing complex military systems, requiring an assertive, professional, and confident attitude.

Responsibilities include license tracking, procurement support, and developing SOPs to improve consistency and productivity. U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required, relocation assistance is

Qualifications

Excellent communication and writing skills.
Self-starter with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of hardware and license tracking.
Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Maintain software licenses records for in-lab and off-lab use.
Assist with cost planning for license needs and quotes.
Process quotes and issue purchasing requests.
Support internal software purchase review board.
Coordinate with leads to update staffing inputs.
Submit FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) requests.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve consistency and productivity.
