Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.

Gromelski & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting engineer to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing software systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop technical documentation, and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues.

• 1. Design, develop, and test software systems to meet requirements.
• 2. Identify and prioritize requirements while working with cross-functional teams.

Systems Engineer Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Expertise:Experience with tools such as DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA (or similar).
• Software Development: Familiarity with the software development cycle and Systems Engineering "V" methodology
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Education & Clearance: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Engineer Desired Qualifications & Skills:
