Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the development and validation lab, ensuring equipment readiness, safety, and infrastructure reliability in Chillicothe, Ohio.

You will drive calibration programs, capacity planning, and vendor management to support daily operations. The role requires 7+ years in data center or mission-critical environments, a track record of leading commissioning, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations.
• Proven track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own development and validation lab infrastructure including equipment, safety, benches.
• Manage lab equipment calibration and utilization.
• Own lab safety, ESD, and chemical programs.
• Plan bench and rack capacity for the team.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own the development and validation lab: equipment, safety, benches, and the infrastructure engineers depend on daily.

What you'll do:

• Manage lab equipment, calibration, and utilization
• Own lab safety, ESD, and chemical programs
• Plan bench and rack capacity for the team
• Manage lab purchasing and vendor service
