• Accurate documentation and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document and distribute supply shipments.
• Load and unload supplies from delivery trucks.
• Inspect incoming supplies for quantity and defects.
• Scan and upload packing slips for records.
• Organize and track inventory in storage rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe lab/storage area.
• Rotate stock using FIFO methods.
• Deliver supplies to lab teams and stock shelves daily.
• Handle backup samples: filing, labeling and storage in LIMS.
• Fulfill sample requests and VIP sample handling promptly.
• Relay inter-department communications via email and chat.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and general lab housekeeping.
