Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking a meticulous Sample Management professional to accession, track, and stage laboratory samples within a GxP environment. The role focuses on accurate data entry into LIMS/eSMS, maintaining chain-of-custody, and timely notification of sample receipt to clients and study personnel.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience handling regulated sample workflows, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with GxP regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with CAP/CLIA/NYS regulations a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Accession samples into LIMS.
• Import electronic sample data into eSMS.
• Notify appropriate client/study personnel of sample receipt.
• Maintain sample chain-of-custody.
• Review study sample data for consistency across labels and paperwork.
• Resolve discrepancies and investigate sample anomalies.
• Stage samples for testing per schedule/request.
• Manage sample storage and pre/post-test handling.
• Ship samples domestically or internationally.
• Disposit samples as directed by client.
• Provide information for audits and generate required records.
