Qualifications

• Experience with LIMS and Excel for inventory management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and distribute supply shipments.
• Load and unload supplies from delivery trucks.
• Inspect incoming supplies for quantity and defects.
• Scan and upload packing slips for records.
• Organize supplies and maintain inventory.
• Manage storage area for safety and cleanliness.
• Rotate stock using FIFO with expiration dates.
• Retrieve and deliver supplies to lab teams and stock lab shelves.
• Handle storage and retrieval of backup samples and log in LIMS.
• Assist inter-departmental communications and support other lab teams as needed.
