Job summary

TridentCare in Carrollton, TX seeks a Lab Liaison to coordinate between the Consolidated Call Center, Sales Account Executives and Laboratory Operations. The Liaison will be the primary point of contact for Lab QA, Account Executives and CC Management for client escalations and investigations, and will monitor worklists to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Computer knowledge and working knowledge of lab LIS systems
• Alpha and numeric data entry skills (35 wpm and 10-key by touch)
• Flexible and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Consolidated Call Center, Sales Account Executives and Laboratory Operations
• Be primary contact for Lab QA, Account Executives and CC Management for client escalations and investigations
• Monitor worklists to ensure timely reporting and document non-compliant issues
• Handle inquiries via email, messaging, or phone calls and provide back-up to the critical call team
• Assist with processing Add-on orders and STAT upgrades
• Maintain client and patient confidentiality and prepare occurrence reports as directed
