Trinity Health is seeking a Client Service Specialist in the Laboratory to provide detailed technical support to current and potential clients. You will act as a liaison between referral laboratories and the laboratory, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree and at least 2 years of clinical laboratory or client services experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college/university required.
• 2 years clinical laboratory experience or 2 years Client Services experience in a laboratory environment required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responds to technical inquiries from clients and maintains information on assays performed.
• Resolves problems, relays information, and handles special testing requests.
• Gathers information and data requested by clients and consults with manager on unusual requests.
• Maintains rapport with other laboratory departments to provide service excellence.
• Assists in establishing new client accounts and familiarizes staff with policies.
• Assists in test result entry when needed and alerts management to potential issues.
• Maintains proficiency in computer systems for Client Services and handles confidential information.
• Upholds Trinity Health mission and values and ensures safe practices.
