Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Allied Health Sciences – Phlebotomy preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience with EKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow for lab support including processing, phlebotomy, specimen transport, and customer service.
• Perform phlebotomy and processing duties as needed.
• Monitor LIS reports for quality and compliance.
• Oversee scheduling and timekeeping; assist leadership.
• Maintain accreditation standards (TJC, CAP) for the area.
