Qualifications

• Bachelor/Sci degree paths include MLS, biology, biomedical or biochemistry.
• MLS certification required or MLS credential
• Three years of clinical lab experience preferred
• Military lab training within the past ten years is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provides rapid and accurate communication of lab testing and reporting.
• Supports all laboratory operations including clinical and anatomic pathology tasks.
• Identifies and reports errors to prevent delays in patient results and develops corrective actions.
• Answers questions from providers about testing availability, specimen requirements, and testing methods.
• Performs other duties as assigned
