Job summary

Eagle Analytical is seeking an IT Tech to manage and maintain IT infrastructure and laboratory instrument software in a Houston area facility. You will troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and coordinate with offsite IT teams and vendors to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting SharePoint, Lab software like Scan RDI and Empower, and ensuring cybersecurity policies are followed while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of software, hardware, and equipment operations.
• Strong customer service and help desk experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and technical support background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and maintain local in-house servers, Internet infrastructure, and related equipment (e.g., switches, panels, cabling).
• Manage IT and electrical inventory, including cords, backup batteries, cables, and printers.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for computers, headsets, software, printers, SharePoint, and other technical tools used in lab and office environments.
