Job summary

Eagle is seeking an IT Coordinator Support to manage IT infrastructure and laboratory instrument software, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with offsite IT teams and vendors while supporting users and maintaining inventory.

You will help coordinate upgrades, administer user accounts, and assist engineering with software and instrument configurations. This role involves cybersecurity adherence and continuous improvement across IT systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of IT support, systems administration, or related role.
Experience supporting servers, network infrastructure, printers, workstations and IT hardware.
Troubleshooting Windows-based systems, software, user accounts, connectivity, and peripherals.
Experience with laboratory instrument software, LIMS, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain local in-house servers, network infrastructure, switches, panels, and cabling.
Coordinate software and system upgrades for laboratory instruments and data integrity.
Procure IT equipment for laboratory and office use.
Manage IT and electrical inventory and asset tracking.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for computers, software, printers, and SharePoint.
