Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in laboratory or regulated IT environments.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and software deployment tools (SCCM/MECM).
• Strong documentation, SOP adherence, and data integrity mindset.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week and collaborate with IT and lab teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day laboratory workstation and instrument controller support.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot lab computer systems and software.
• Support IDA data acquisition and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ensure GMP/GxP compliance, validation readiness, and change control adherence.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and maintain asset records.
• Document configurations, validation activities, and system changes.
