Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Laboratory Support Specialist to provide first-line IT support for twelve laboratories, including instrument controllers and LIMS guidance.

The role requires commuting to Bothell, WA, with potential remote support for other US laboratories and occasional travel. The successful candidate will combine IT and laboratory experience, support end users, manage accounts, and maintain service delivery in a restricted environment while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Combination of laboratory and IT experience/education required.
• Minimum 2 years IT support with direct user contact and strong customer service.
• Minimum 1 year in a laboratory environment providing hands-on IT support or lab duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents on Windows and Mac.
• Record and document requests using IT service desk systems.
• Install and configure new IT equipment and assist with networking of lab equipment.
• Provide end-user training for LIMS and support data management systems.
• Collaborate with dispersed teams and coordinate with instrument manufacturers.
