Job summary

JTG Consulting Group, LLC in the United States seeks a Lab IT Solution Engineer to partner with the Sales and Services teams. You will translate laboratory, technology, and operational needs into well-defined solutions and support discovery, scoping, estimating, proposal and SOW development, and the transition of awarded work to Services.

The role requires laboratory IT expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver technically sound, accurately quoted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Laboratory Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Processes.
• 2+ years in solution engineering or HIT implementation.
• Experience developing scopes, estimates, quotes, proposals, and SOWs.
• Experience coordinating client requirements across teams.
• HIPAA awareness and healthcare data compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales during discovery and scoping with technical questions.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined proposed solutions.
• Lead technical portions of scope walkthroughs with Sales.
• Coordinate quote revisions reflecting scope changes.
• Maintain documentation of quotes, assumptions, and approvals.
