Job summary

JTG Consulting Group is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline within a specified territory. The role involves outbound prospecting, industry networking, referrals, and disciplined follow-up to meet quotas.

This is a remote, field-based position requiring 40–60% travel within the U.S. You will lead consultative conversations with healthcare organizations and IT vendors, coordinating proposals and statements of work with the Consulting Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or account management in healthcare IT or related services.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and stakeholder needs.
• Experience building sales pipelines and meeting quotas.
• Ability to communicate with healthcare executives and IT professionals.
• CRM proficiency and forecasting accuracy are essential.
• Remote work ability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets and OKRs.
• Identify target accounts and maintain a qualified pipeline through various channels.
• Present capabilities, address questions, and guide opportunities to close.
• Collaborate with Consulting Services, delivery teams, and partners on proposals and SOWs.
• Maintain CRM records, provide forecasts, and track performance.
• Represent JTG at conferences and industry events.
• Build relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.
