Job summary

Labcorp in Spokane, WA offers a Lab Internship to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm (40 hours/week). Start time may vary but will remain in first shift.

Duration is 11 weeks with a well-defined onboarding path in a leading diagnostics environment. Interns shadow laboratory professionals, assist with organization and inventory, participate in mock testing, and learn basic techniques under supervision while following safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations
• Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision
• Support approved laboratory projects
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures
