Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and safety/compliance awareness.
• Willingness to learn diagnostic workflows and laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows and instrumentation.
• Assist with specimen organization, inventory and workspace prep.
• Participate in mock testing, demonstrations and basic lab techniques under supervision.
• Support approved laboratory projects and follow SOPs.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong written and verbal communication.
