Job summary

Labcorp in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lab Intern to join the Anatomic Pathology team for an 11-week, full-time internship. You will shadow professionals, assist with non-testing tasks, and participate in mock testing under supervision.

Minimum qualifications include current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, with a keen interest in diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations
• Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision
• Support approved laboratory projects
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures
