Responsibilities

• Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab and manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot issues on lab/manufacturing PCs.
• Monitor ticket queue.
• Work directly with customers on resolving their issues.

Skills

Windows 10 & 11 experience with installation and troubleshooting

Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software

Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer-service orientation

Bachelor of Computer Science
