Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Engineer (Remote) to deliver professional field service, maintenance, and technical support for EUROIMMUN instrumentation and products across the US. The role requires traveling to customer sites and events, with a preference for Southern California.

The candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing time, communicating effectively at all levels, and applying basic business acumen while ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical degree or equivalent in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering or STEM, or 4 years military training.
• Two+ years experience as a field service representative or laboratory technologist/scientist.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Verify instrument performance before releasing to end user.
• Install, relocate, and decommission instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide preventive and remedial maintenance and warranty services per contracts.
• Document all activities per company policies and FDA requirements.
• Attend trade exhibitions and travel as needed.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on equipment use.
• Maintain inventory of loaner/test equipment and company assets.
