Job summary

Avantik is seeking Field Service Engineers to service histology laboratory equipment across assigned regions and nationwide. You will perform repairs, PM tasks, and on-site support, coordinating with the Service Coordinator to manage ETAs and statuses. Strong communication and mechanical skills are essential.

Role involves travel to customer locations, inventory restocking, and generating service reports while upholding Avantik standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Capability to interpret schematics and parts drawings.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance per Avantik protocols.
• Coordinate schedules with clients and maintain communication on ETA.
• Generate service reports and update documentation on site.
• Restock inventory and assist with PM tasks as required.
• Identify additional service opportunities and generate sales leads.
