Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory and facility Site Minor Works. You will manage equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades while coordinating contractors, vendors, and site teams.

You will maintain records, validate requirements, support asset data, and provide clear status reports from intake to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, stakeholders, project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Working knowledge of building systems and laboratory utilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project trackers/digital repositories.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track laboratory and facility equipment projects from intake through completion.
• Direct and coordinate contractor and vendor activities for installation, relocation, modification, and removal.
• Engage stakeholders to confirm scope, schedule, access, impacts, and status.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations; support scope alignment and commercial comparison.
• Perform technical reviews of proposals and confirm utility/space requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other service providers.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, records, and status reports.
• Ensure asset data and turnover records are complete and aligned with site requirements.
