The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and regular client communication, with occasional travel to client sites. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in Architecture, engineering, facility planning or design consulting.
• Experience with laboratory or specialist facility planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of facility planning, programming, and pre-design deliverables for technical labs and facilities.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Develop space programs, infrastructure considerations, and project constraints.
• Prepare project documentation and executive client deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders throughout planning.
• Travel occasionally to client sites.
