Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling.
• Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows.
• Experience with Miller Heiman or similar methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• New business development within the assigned territory for Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Automation.
• Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Conduct workflow analyses to identify operational improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across labs and IDNs.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategies.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and forecasting; participate in QBRs and planning.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Healthcare System Executives.
• Uphold ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.
