Qualificações

• Strong customer service experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians, phlebotomists and lab staff with information requests.
• Support lab quality assurance activities and specimen recovery processes.
• Provide accurate information to callers using lab resources.
• Mentor non-technical staff and resolve routine inquiries promptly.
• Expedite lab report delivery and notify providers as needed.
• Adhere to department policies and service excellence standards.
• Demonstrate financial responsibility in daily procedures and resources.
• Represent the network with professionalism in all interactions.
