Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Biology, Biological Science, Chemistry preferred.
• Laboratory experience or strong interest preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to compile data from multiple sources and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Receive packages and manage intake.
• Coordinate with subjects, team members, and outside institutions using verbal and written communication.
• Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors courteously.
• Assist sales team/clients with questions and obtaining patient results.
• Accessioning and data entry.
• Track internal and external samples.
• Retrieve missing patient information and ensure timely faxing/mailing of reports.
