PreludeDx is seeking a Customer Care Representative I in Laguna Hills, California, to deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently addressing client inquiries and retrieving missing information. This role involves tracking patient samples and ensuring timely distribution of results.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma with laboratory experience or a degree in a relevant field preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Working hours are 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
