Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Lab Coordinator to coordinate studies and testing activities from initiation through completion. You will liaise between clients, lab staff, and support teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliant documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field, 2+ years in a laboratory or related setting, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a lab, scientific operations, or related environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lab studies and testing activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and client expectations.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, and client instructions to establish study requirements.
• Create and maintain study records and documentation within LIMS, CRM, and other systems.
• Verify samples and lab resources are available and prepared before study initiation.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving questions.
• Coordinate activities between laboratory operations, QA, sample management and finance.
