Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician in Minneapolis, MN for an on-site, full-time position. The candidate will join the sample receiving department, receive shipments, unpack coolers, verify paperwork, and log samples into the system.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves — all provided by Pace)

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system
