Pace is hiring a Client Services Technician for on-site work in Green Bay, WI. The role involves handling incoming samples, unpacking coolers, verifying documents, and logging items into the lab system. Training will be provided to develop a career in environmental science.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills; prior shipping or warehouse experience is a plus. Full-time hours include Tue–Fri 9:00–6:00 and Sat 8:00–2:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with preference for prior customer service experience.
• Experience in shipping or warehouse operations is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
