Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department. The role will involve receiving shipments, unpacking sample coolers, verifying paperwork, and logging samples into our LIMS system.

Training is provided, and no prior lab experience is required beyond interest in science. Full-time hourly position with a 9‑6 schedule Tuesday through Saturday, plus the first week of training Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with preference for shipping/warehouse experience.
• LAboratory environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and unpack sample coolers.
• Verify samples against customer paperwork.
• Log samples into the laboratory information system (LIMS).
