Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department. This entry-level role involves driving to client offices or job sites to collect samples, unloading and triaging samples, and assembling client kits. Training will be provided to support a growing laboratory sciences career.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package. Prior lab experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in a lab or environmental testing setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples.
• Triage client samples and determine sample types.
• Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines.
• Maintain and stock supplies for client sample kits.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the office.
