Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Client Services Technician in Minnesota. The role involves receiving samples, unpacking coolers, verifying paperwork, and logging items into the system.

Training is provided, with first training week Monday-Friday and regular shifts Tue-Sat 9 AM–6 PM. The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and ideally some lab or environmental testing background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference for candidates with customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, tolerate strong odors, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves) – provided by Pace.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking sample coolers.
• Verifying samples against customer paperwork.
• Logging samples into the system.
