Qualifications

• License/Certification: MLA(ASCP) within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient results clearly and accurately to laboratory clients.
• Serves as a resource to clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission, and laboratory policies and procedures.
• Acts as a dispatch service for lab couriers.
• Acts as trainer and role model for new staff.
• Performs area-specific support activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
