Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in laboratory science or medical technology.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience with leadership exposure.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engages in essential duties of laboratory personnel and supports testing team.
• Coordinates daily workflow of specimen processing and phlebotomy areas.
• Maintains competency and provides backup support to processing and phlebotomy teams.
• Monitors workflow, staffing, and productivity to maximize efficiency.
• Participates in interviews, training, performance assessments, and discipline when needed.
• Supports performance improvement and liaises with internal/external customers.
