Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years’ experience with registration, clerical duties and specimen processing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of specimen collection and testing requirements.
• Performs venipunctures and finger sticks across age groups.
• Uses information systems for registrations and test orders.
• Documents specimen collection and labeling accurately.
• Prepares specimens for courier pick-up and referrals as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows QA procedures.
• Monitors OSR and pending referrals and resolves issues.
• Communicates and troubleshoots specimen problems promptly.
