Qualificações

• Working knowledge of standard molecular biology and biochemical laboratory techniques.
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate laboratory records and sample inventories.
• Ability to follow detailed written and oral laboratory protocols and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform standardized molecular biology procedures including PCR, DNA assembly, bacterial transformation, plasmid prep, and gel electrophoresis.
• Prepare, label, store, and track DNA constructs, reagents, and samples per established procedures.
