You will prepare reagents, manage samples, and assist with computational analyses under supervision to ensure reproducible research.

The role involves extensive pipetting, record-keeping, and collaboration with researchers; prior lab experience is preferred, and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with standard molecular biology and biochemical lab techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed written and oral protocols and maintain records.
• Experience handling biological samples, reagents, buffers, and waste.

• Performs PCR, DNA assembly, bacterial transformation, plasmid prep and gel electrophoresis.
• Prepares DNA constructs, reagents, and samples; maintains records.
• Supports recombinant protein prep, RNA/DNA procedures, and data organization.
• Maintains buffers, media, lab supplies, and follows safety/waste procedures.
