Strong communication in English and customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities include handling specimens, performing point-of-care testing where applicable, and supporting lab operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical/vocational training preferred.
• Laboratory knowledge and phlebotomy skills required.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions precisely.
• Familiarity with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform cytopreparatory staining and specimen handling.
• Set up and process primary specimen cultures.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and spaces; manage inventory.

• Provide customer service resolutions per guidelines and educate clinical staff.
