UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Lab Assistant – Clinical Labs to perform phlebotomy on patients of all ages, ensure proper ID and specimen labeling, and support specimen processing and clerical tasks in a fast-paced clinical laboratory.
The role collaborates with pathologists, physicians and technologists; it requires a high school diploma and a completed phlebotomy training program with clinical rotation, plus 6 months of experience. UW Health offers a competitive benefits package.
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
