UW Health in Madison is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to collect blood specimens in inpatient and outpatient settings and to lead onboarding and training for new staff. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a positive patient experience and uphold laboratory policies and procedures.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and accredited phlebotomy training, with at least one year of phlebotomy experience (two preferred).
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Every third weekend, rotating holidays, and on-call shifts required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
