Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to perform standardized and specialized blood collection across age groups. You will ensure accurate patient identification, proper labeling, and smooth specimen handling.

The role requires precise specimen processing and accurate entry of orders into the laboratory information system, with a focus on quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation (Preferred).
• One year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare (Preferred).

Work Schedule

This is a part-time, 70% FTE position. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay

This position may be eligible for a $1,750 sign-on bonus.
