Job summary

The Asset Lifecycle Management Administrator at JLL oversees the full lifecycle of lab assets, from acquisition through deployment and final disposal, in an R&D setting. You will track location, condition, and usage, and coordinate preventive maintenance using asset management tools.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance (GLP, GMP, ISO), documentation, and collaboration with researchers, facilities teams, and vendors to optimize equipment deployment and control costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in laboratory operations, asset management, or facilities administration, ideally in an R&D or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with asset management software, RFID/barcode systems, and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of lab assets, including acquisition, installation, usage, preventive maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of lab assets: location, condition, and usage using asset management software and RFID/barcode systems.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance; manage service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Create and process asset requests; document MAC moves/additions/changes.
• Coordinate site assessments to plan asset allocation, installation, and disposition.
• Ensure equipment meets regulatory, audit, and safety standards; prepare compliance reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance lab efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with researchers, facilities management, and vendors to support asset management.
