Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lab Equipment Services professional in South San Francisco to oversee maintenance processes, calibrations, and documentation for laboratory instruments. You will act as a master data owner, collaborate with project managers, and ensure accuracy across CMMS/CCMS systems.

The role emphasizes change management, quality alignment, and cross-functional teamwork within a regulated environment and MRO procurement considerations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience using CMMS performing data updates and corrections.
• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP is preferred.
• 2+ years as master data experience for analytical instruments is preferred.
• 2+ years as a Field Service Technician/Engineer for an analytical instrument manufacturer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization, communication, oversight, leadership, training, and administration of internal and external programs within Lab Equipment Services.
• Approve technical documentation as the Master Data SME for Instrument Services.
• Prepare documentation for inclusion of master data into CCMS/CMMS and ensure data consistency.
• Develop and revise preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.
