Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lab Equipment Services professional in South San Francisco, CA to oversee internal and external programs and processes within the Lab Equipment Services department. The role focuses on master data management, documentation, and calibration procedures to support maintenance and testing of laboratory instruments.

Responsibilities include leading documentation work, ensuring data integrity in CMMS/CCMS, and coordinating with project managers and equipment owners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience using CMMS performing data updates and corrections.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Approve technical documentation as the Master Data SME for Instrument Services.
• Prepare documentation for master data in CCMS/CMMS; ensure data consistency.
• Review and approve Material Master and BOM for MRO stores and CMMS.
• Develop and update preventive maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Act as change owner/assessor for maintenance and calibration procedures.
