Join US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. as an Asset Lifecycle Management Administrator, responsible for the systematic management of laboratory equipment from acquisition to final disposal.

You will optimize equipment usage and ensure compliance within a fast-paced R&D environment. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in laboratory operations or asset management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in laboratory operations or asset management in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with inventory control technologies and electronic recordkeeping.
• Ability to conduct walk-throughs and site assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of lab assets including acquisition and final disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory assets using asset management software.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance for lab equipment.
