Responsibilities

• Provide front-office/administrative support for a multi-line phone system and general office equipment.
• Receive, distribute client purchase orders and invoicing; assist in billing and customer service.
• Perform sample processing duties and basic clerical tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and staff to support various functions and protect confidential information.
