Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits seeks a Sales Activation Manager to drive activation and visibility of DFWS brands in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, oversee distributor partnerships, and execute market activation events to boost distribution and consumer demand.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in beverage field sales, solid presentation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales in beverage/alcohol industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory; valid driver's license.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Resident of Los Angeles or Los Angeles County area.
• Compliance: solicitor’s permit where required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributor partners.
• Foster brand loyalty through activation events and market activation.
• Improve rate of sale through activation tactics.
• Educate accounts and distributor teams on DFWS brands.
• Execute marketing programs, merchandising, and display initiatives.
• Enhance market presence and trial of DFWS products.
• Drive brand standards across on- and off-premise channels.
• Own activation goals and market results.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activities.
• Translate strategies into game-winning plays through creative thinking.
• Manage budgets to support sales initiatives and compliance.
